Rich was so brilliant when we needed to transport my brother’s HUGE Dogue du Bordeaux home from an extended kennels stay (due to my brother being in hospital), There was comfy bedding, water and treats waiting for Duke and the journey was quick, safe and secure. The dog was delivered safely home much to the delight of both dog and owner! It isn’t easy finding someone to take a 65kg mastiff but Rich didn’t hesitate and the transport was tailor made for him. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Ark again.
