I’ve had a few animals transported using shiply over the last 3 years but the arc was by far the most professional I’ve seen, I was blown away with the overall service I received and rich is just a top guy. He gave perfect communication from book ing right through to arrival with my puppy also giving constant updates on how my puppy was doing during the journey which was 390 miles. If I need an animal courier again rich will definitely be my first choice.
