Rich has been extremely professional from day 1. He was accommodative of a date change. He was on time to pick our Pet, he was kind all through, gave enough breaks so that Bella (our dog) was fresh even after a 8 hours trip. He called us on the way to keep us updated. We will highly recommend Rich to Transport pets. I’ll definitely avail his services again.
